Please note: This can only be booked if you have already had an initial consult. This consultation is to check in with you and your health journey. It is here your: -Long term treatment plan will be explained in depth -Any results from pathology interpreted -Evidence-based research on your health condition/s explained to you to give you a full understanding of your body and the power to take control of your health. This will all be in a user friendly report of which you will receive at the end of the consultation. This consultation type is also the required booking selection for subsequent follow up consultations to assess how you are travelling with your treatment plan, to address any further concerns and to assess any changes that occur to reevaluate best health management. What you get: -Comprehensive long-term treatment plan with the inclusion of tailored dietary and lifestyle counsel -Education on your health condition/s -Any questions answered in regards to treatment plan -Pathology interpretation -Herbal and/or nutritional medicine prescription with repeats if required. When you book you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the ZOOM meeting. Prescriptions will be paid for via bank transfer at the end of consultation, then express posted to you.
Hannah Cunningham Naturopathy has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please note however, bookings can be cancelled but refunds can not be issued. If you cancel your appointment 24 hours before it is scheduled you will be able to rebook for another time slot without charge. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you may be required to pay a 100% cancellation fee. No shows incur a 100% cost of your appointment fee. Any additional costs incurred by the clinic to retrieve moneys owing, which may include legal or debt collector fees, will be at your expense. By accepting and booking your consult you agree to these terms.
