This is an online clinic, and as such is run by a qualified practitioner of the discipline 

You may choose to terminate your appointment at any time, but may be required to pay in full for the consult according to the Hannah Cunningham Naturopathy Cancellation Policy 

Your health records are confidential and will only be used for the practitioner’s professional research purposes. Under no circumstances will my file leave the grounds of Hannah Cunningham Naturopathy (unless granted by you/patient)

It may be necessary from time to time for your case to be discussed with other health professionals (e.g., general practitioners, medical specialists and/or complementary medicine practitioners) and you provide your consent for part/all of your medical case notes to be released for these purposes only when requested

By booking your appointment online you accept and agree to the Hannah Cunningham Naturopathy Cancellation Policy

All invoices must be paid within 24 hours from receiving them. All online bookings made by the patient must be paid in full upfront.
