Service Description

This session is solely focused on your diet and nutritional status. We will review your current eating patterns and dietary behaviours, whilst setting realistic and informed goals to better your overall food intake. I work out what your ideal caloric intake looks like and the breakdown of how you should aim to achieve this intake through the correct portion of fats, protein and carbs. You can either be involved in this process if you are a numbers guru or you can simply opt to be told the what and how much if numbers aren't for you. I utilise a diet analysis program where you can enter a 7 day diary on your mobile, send this through and a weekly average of your vitamins and minerals can be assessed and then improved. For those once again not into "tracking" or diet diaries, I can set optimal intake goals for you to work towards and assist in meal planning to achieve these. This session is perfect for those wanting to improve their overall diet, want to loose weight, improve health status or support healthy eating relationships. This session is also recommended for those with chronic diseases such as metabolic syndrome, cardiovascular issues, autoimmune disease, food intolerances/ allergies, IBS/IBD, endometriosis, PCOS and fertility support wanting a more tailored approach to their diet.
