Service Description
In this consultation we will discuss your health as a whole, your concerns and your priorities. I will review your body systems, diet and the information you provide surrounding personal medical history to understand the root drivers of concern. This will enable us to set realistic treatment goals to support you. This is the consult to express all your concerns, identify areas of focus and to establish a therapeutic relationship. What you get: - A take away treatment plan with short term dietary and lifestyle advice - A short term herbal and/ or nutritional medicine prescription (further payment required) - Pathology referrals if required. When you book you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the telehealth meeting. You will also receive a registration form link. Please fill 24 hours prior to your appointment. Prescriptions will be paid for at the end of consultation, then express posted to you.
Hannah Cunningham Naturopathy has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please note however, bookings can be cancelled but refunds can not be issued. If you cancel your appointment 24 hours before it is scheduled you will be able to rebook for another time slot without charge. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you may be required to pay a 100% cancellation fee. No shows incur a 100% cost of your appointment fee. Any additional costs incurred by the clinic to retrieve moneys owing, which may include legal or debt collector fees, will be at your expense. By accepting and booking your consult you agree to these terms.
