Blood Test Analysis
For those who have blood test results in need of a functional review.
Service Description
This session is for those who have recently gotten blood test results and want them looked at from a more functional and optimal lens. This is ideal if you have copies of Full blood count, General chemistry, Lipid studies, Haematinics/ anaemia panel (Iron studies, Vitamin B12 and Folate), Adrenal studies (AM cortisol & DHEA), Thyroid studies (TSH, T4, T3), Fasting insulin, glucose & HBA1c and hormones if relevant. This session can be used to review what you have got and can advise on further testing of benefit if needed. Please note pathology results will need to be sent from you to Hannah prior to your session.
Hannah Cunningham Naturopathy has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Please note however, bookings can be cancelled but refunds can not be issued. If you cancel your appointment 24 hours before it is scheduled you will be able to rebook for another time slot without charge. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you may be required to pay a 100% cancellation fee. No shows incur a 100% cost of your appointment fee. Any additional costs incurred by the clinic to retrieve moneys owing, which may include legal or debt collector fees, will be at your expense. By accepting and booking your consult you agree to these terms.
